Artist Bio

Kris is a jack of all arts (except watercolours), and has worked as an artist creating original work in Calgary for three decades. 
He was Calgary's first Poet Laureate (2012-14), was a founding artist of the Making Treaty 7 Society and continues to tour with his original music in Canada and Europe. 

Spotted At The High Performance Rodeo 

Kris Demeanor's has worked with One Yellow Rabbit on Calgary, I Love You, but You're Killing Me, and Moon, Moon, No Moon.  He was last seen on our stages at the High Performance Rodeo as he debuted his one-man show Russell- Straight Up.  

Kris has also been a frequent guest speaker at One Yellow Rabbit's educational program, Summer Lab Intensive.
