Wheelchair access:

People using wheelchairs or with mobility challenges who are attending a performance at the Big Secret Theatre are encouraged to enter Arts Commons through the north side off 8 Avenue SE or Olympic Plaza by Ca’Puccini, and take the elevator (located to the right-hand side past the Arts Commons Box Office) to the second floor. The elevator will take you right to the entrance to the theatre. 

Although we do have wheelchair accessible seating it can be limited so please inform our Box Office when booking tickets.

Washrooms:

There is a genderneutral and wheelchair accessible washroom on the second floor across from the theatre. Please notify our Front Of House manager and they will be able to provide you with access to the washroom.
